The NHS is rotting. Its blooded carcas is being picked upon by corporate vultures. What makes this so distressful is that the Conservative-led coalition has organised the feast. Big consultancy firms and private health care companies that donated generously to Tory party coffers were rewarded with unprecedented editing rights over the Health and Social Care bill, which allows for profit making enterprises to pocket public money by providimg operations on the cheap. And now, those in charge of seeing the bill pass are greedily taking up lucrative posts in the companies that are benefitting the most. This corrupt, revolving door must be shut. These reforms must be reversed.
I would rather the £13.5 million given to Vodafone (for what exactly?) be spent on nurses, doctors, and all things that make people better.
